DMS is a significant Bay of Plenty postharvest operator processing more than 5 million trays in 2010.
DMS is also a major orchardist, growing kiwifruit and avocados. Through orchard ownership, management and leasing DMS grows crop on more than 450 hectares of orchards.
DMS leases and manages orchards on a long-term basis and has innovative lease arrangements established, which offer owners lower risks through leasing their orchards.
