Product Disclosure Statement
The Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act) has been introduced to ensure investors and their advisors have the information they need to make informed investment decisions and to increase trust and confidence in the financial markets. The FMC Act governs how investment products, like DMS Progrowers Limited (DMS) Shares, are promoted and sold in New Zealand. The FMC Act requires issuers of shares, including (DMS), to produce a new investment document called a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). This new document replaces any old prospectus or investment statement.
On 23 January 2017, DMS registered its first PDS relating to the issue of A Class Shares on the Disclose Register. The current PDS (dated 31 October 2019) together with further information about DMS is available on the Disclose Register (https://www.business.govt.nz/disclose - offer number OFR11778). The application form (together with a copy of the current PDS) is available via the below links.
We advise that you read the PDS and other relevant information on the Disclose Register and DMS website carefully and seek advice from a financial adviser if you have any questions.
If you would like us to send you a copy of the PDS, please contact us on either 07 578 9107 or by email to email@example.com.
